What you will do

• Drive target-related growth of sales and revenues within specified branded channels.
• Manage distribution points, product placement, and collaborate with Marketing on in-store planograms.
• Analyze and improve NPS/tNPS targets to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Ensure strict store operational compliance and adherence to the retail operating model.
• Manage relationships and negotiate outcomes with stakeholders, trade partners, and suppliers.
• Oversee training requirements and identify knowledge gaps to ensure service standards.

Requirements

• 3-year commercial diploma or degree (NQF 6 or higher) or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in retail, sales, or service industries.
• Essential: Valid Driver's Licence EBO and own reliable vehicle for business-related travel.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Experience in the telecommunications industry is beneficial.
