What you will do

• Own direct procurement across various car manufacturers (OEMs) to meet procurement plans and operational targets.
• Lead complex negotiations on pricing, volume commitments, lead times, and commercial terms.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all commercial and contractual discussions with OEMs.
• Collaborate with Planning teams to translate forecasts and market insights into purchasing strategies.
• Manage the dealer network to ensure seamless transition from OEM order to customer delivery.
• Monitor OEM performance and proactively resolve supply constraints or risks.

Requirements

• Proven experience in direct procurement or supply chain management.
• Strong track record of leading high-stakes commercial negotiations and contract management.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and forecasts to inform strategy.
• Excellent communication skills to manage relationships from CEOs to junior staff.
• Valid UK driving licence is required.
• Must be able to work from London and Weybridge offices twice a week.
