Internal Communications Manager (Insurance)

Location: Hybrid position requiring in-office attendance at the Worcester (UK) location twice a week

Salary: Up to £65,000

What you will do

• Develop and execute the internal communications strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Advise the CPO and senior leadership on messaging and communication approaches.
• Lead communications for business transformation and change initiatives to minimize resistance and support adoption.
• Create high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content across various internal channels.
• Line manage and coach the Internal Communications Executive, setting priorities and managing workload.
• Use data and feedback to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement of communications.

Requirements

• Proven experience in internal communications, preferably within complex or fast-paced environments.
• Experience delivering communications for organizational change or transformation initiatives.
• Strong skills in senior stakeholder management and influencing.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging communication across multiple formats.
• Experience managing or mentoring others.
• Essential: GCSE English and Maths (grade C or above).

• Business degree or a degree in a relevant subject.
