Internal Communications Manager (PR/Communications): Leading the development and delivery of internal communications to support employee engagement and business transformation within the UK insurance market with an accent on strategic stakeholder partnership and change management. Location: Hybrid position requiring in-office attendance at the Worcester (UK) location twice a week
Salary: Up to £65,000

What you will do
- Develop and execute the internal communications strategy aligned with business priorities.
- Advise the CPO and senior leadership on messaging and communication approaches.
- Lead communications for business transformation and change initiatives to minimize resistance and support adoption.
- Create high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content across various internal channels.
- Line manage and coach the Internal Communications Executive, setting priorities and managing workload.
- Use data and feedback to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement of communications.
Requirements
- Proven experience in internal communications, preferably within complex or fast-paced environments.
- Experience delivering communications for organizational change or transformation initiatives.
- Strong skills in senior stakeholder management and influencing.
- Ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging communication across multiple formats.
- Experience managing or mentoring others.
- Essential: GCSE English and Maths (grade C or above).

- Business degree or a degree in a relevant subject.
