What you will do

• Support daily operations at Amsterdam and Utrecht parcel centres to ensure smooth workflows
• Assist customers with drop-offs and pick-ups while facilitating driver activities
• Guide and support team members, acting as the primary contact for daily issues
• Onboard and train new operatives on processes, safety, and customer service
• Monitor productivity and suggest operational improvements to maintain a compliant environment
• Liaise professionally with carrier representatives and partners

Requirements

• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Dutch is an advantage
• Strong background in logistics, retail, or parcel operations
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Proven organizational and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail
• Ability to travel occasionally between different parcel centre sites
