What you will do

  • Execute compliance monitoring activities and thematic reviews with actionable findings and robust documentation.
  • Oversee financial promotions and influencer activity to ensure adherence to FCA requirements.
  • Provide practical regulatory advice to Product, Operations, Marketing, and Treasury teams.
  • Manage breach oversight and investigations, including root cause and trend analysis.
  • Enhance policies, controls, and governance frameworks, including data protection monitoring.
  • Contribute to regulatory change assessments to identify risks and reduce remediation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of compliance experience within financial services or a regulated environment.
  • Strong understanding of FCA expectations, including Consumer Duty, DISP, COBS, and financial promotions.
  • High attention to detail and analytical skills for assessing data and reports.
  • Strong prioritization skills to manage a varied workload and meet service levels.
  • Must be based in or be able to work hybrid in London, UK.

Nice to have

  • Experience with remediation activity, assurance work, or issue resolution programs.
  • Familiarity with data protection governance and policy reviews.
  • Experience contributing to regulatory change assessments or governance forums.
