TL;DR

Salary: $183,816 – $199,800

What you will do

  • Lead and deliver complex client engagements, ensuring the quality and success of final deliverables.
  • Identify value creation opportunities and shape detailed implementation plans for successful execution.
  • Manage day-to-day engagement execution and lead teams of consultants.
  • Structure project approaches, frame critical issues, and scope projects for PE and investment banking clients.
  • Prepare and deliver findings and conclusions directly to client leadership.
  • Mentor and develop team members while meeting targeted billing hours.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or private equity/venture capital.
  • Industry recognized professional certification.
  • Proven experience in growth strategy, performance improvement, or merger integration.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and strong quantitative/qualitative research skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
