What you will do

• Lead day-to-day execution of finance transformation, transaction readiness, and value creation engagements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for CFOs, executive leadership, and private equity stakeholders.
• Develop board-ready presentations, complex financial models, and transformation roadmaps.
• Identify and implement operational improvements across accounting, treasury, and finance processes.
• Manage multiple workstreams while mentoring junior team members to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Leverage emerging technologies and AI-enabled tools to enhance workflows and client solutions.

Requirements

• 6-12 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance advisory.
• Expert-level financial modeling capabilities in Excel, including 3-statement and cash flow models.
• Deep knowledge of finance processes such as budgeting, forecasting, and ERP/EPM systems.
• Strong ability to translate large volumes of data into actionable executive-level insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
