What you will do

• Collaborate with team members and client stakeholders to execute engagement objectives across multiple workstreams.
• Conduct financial and operational analyses, including financial modeling, labor planning, and inventory performance assessment.
• Manage, coach, and quality-check the work of junior team members to ensure timely and structured delivery.
• Develop high-quality client deliverables, including reports, operational insights, and executive presentations.
• Support the evolution of practice methodologies, templates, and service offerings.
• Apply a hands-on approach to problem-solving to ensure recommendations are grounded in operational reality.

Requirements

• 6–9 years of consulting experience with a retail focus, or 8–10+ years of combined consulting and retail industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
• High proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, particularly in Excel.
• Expertise in retail functional areas such as direct sourcing, consumer analytics, digital commerce, or supply chain operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed.

Nice to have

• MBA or master’s degree.
• Experience with Access, Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, or Python.
