What you will do

• Manage ASIC silicon chip and hardware lifecycles from architecture and requirements through tapeout, bring-up, and production ramp.
• Define and enforce program governance, including phase-gates, design reviews, and integrated schedules using Jira and MS Project.
• Lead cross-functional execution across ASIC/MEMS, firmware, hardware, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and supply chain teams.
• Coordinate with foundries, OSATs, and vendors to align technical priorities with external partner commitments.
• Maintain RAID logs and critical path visibility, enforcing disciplined change control over scope, schedule, and cost.
• Deliver concise status updates and decision support to VP and C-level leadership.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience leading complex technical programs in semiconductors, embedded hardware, or deep-tech.
• Proven ownership of at least one full ASIC silicon lifecycle from spec freeze through production ramp.
• Experience delivering customer-facing embedded hardware through EVT/DVT/PVT and NPI milestones.
• Expertise in integrated program scheduling, phase-gate governance, and critical path control.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.
• Willingness to travel for foundry, customer, and manufacturing engagements.

Nice to have

• Exposure to MEMS-based or mixed-signal ASIC programs.
• Experience in medical devices, ultrasound, or imaging systems (FDA/ISO/IEC environments).
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification.
• Experience with high-volume silicon ramp and yield improvement cycles.
