Location: Remote
Compensation: $50–$100 per hour

What you will do
- Audit current creative workflows and translate them into a detailed Asana build plan.
- Configure the Asana workspace structure, including teams, projects, and naming conventions.
- Develop project templates for recurring tasks such as campaigns, video productions, and podcast episodes.
- Implement task dependencies, milestones, and custom fields to track work from brief to delivery.
- Create automated rules and intake forms to reduce manual updates and streamline request processes.
- Document the system and train the marketing team on its usage.
Requirements
- Deep, hands-on expertise in building and managing Asana instances from scratch.
- Strong understanding of creative and marketing team workflows and handoffs.
- Ability to work independently and deliver clean, documented work on time.
- Clear written communication skills for system documentation.
Nice to have
- Experience implementing Asana specifically for brand or marketing teams.
- Proficiency with Asana's advanced features: portfolios, goals, workload, and reporting dashboards.
- Experience integrating Asana with tools like Slack, Google Drive, or Notion.
- Familiarity with other PM tools such as Monday.com, ClickUp, or Linear.
