Operations Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own day-to-day operational coordination of the Mypeak.finance platform.
• Monitor key platform workflows, including user onboarding, funding targets, and loan lifecycles.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams between IT, Marketing, Customer Support, and Compliance.
• Manage communication with external partners, including legal advisors, payment providers, and tech vendors.
• Maintain project roadmaps, operational trackers, and internal reporting.
• Build financing campaigns with involved stakeholders within the hirify.global.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, or Project Manager.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and productivity automation (Claude, N8N, Cursor, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Notion.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and analyze operational metrics.
• Previous experience in Fintech or Travel/Logistics is a strong advantage.
