What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach to closing multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
  • Develop and execute territory and account strategies to drive consistent pipeline growth and exceed revenue goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on hirify.global’s design-driven technology solutions.
  • Engage decision-makers across Brand, Marketing, Creative, IT, Procurement, UX, Legal, and Finance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, pre-sales, product, and customer success teams.
  • Manage pipeline and forecast activities using CRM tools and represent the brand at industry events.

Requirements

  • Experience in new business acquisition and pipeline building.
  • Proven ability to qualify opportunities, conduct sales calls, and close enterprise deals.
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem identification and objection resolution ability.
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation software.
  • Must be based in or able to work from London.
