What you will do
- Execute a Canada-specific territory strategy tailored to regional market dynamics and regulatory environments.
- Build trusted relationships with senior executives at leading Canadian financial institutions and telcos.
- Close complex, multi-year enterprise deals to drive long-term ARR growth.
- Coach and mentor the sales team using the MEDDPICC methodology for deal management and pipeline progression.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver solutions that meet local compliance, privacy, and data residency requirements.
- Orchestrate the partner ecosystem, including GSIs and local channel players, to expand market reach.
Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
- 2-3+ years in a sales leadership role.
- Proven experience selling SaaS solutions into Canadian banks or financial institutions.
- Fluency in MEDDPICC or a comparable enterprise sales methodology.
- Established network of C-suite relationships within the Canadian financial sector.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events.
