What you will do

• Own UX research for password and secrets management capabilities, focusing on both administrator and end-user experiences.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact problems to influence the product roadmap and prioritization decisions.
• Deliver fast, high-quality research and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Partner closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to shape problem definitions and solution directions.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to uncover high-impact product opportunities.
• Act as the primary customer advocate, challenging assumptions to ensure alignment with user needs.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience working on complex enterprise or B2B products.
• Proven experience driving product decisions through UX research.
• Strong working knowledge of enterprise software and complex administrative workflows.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity domains, specifically password/secrets management and credential lifecycles.
• Experience delivering both qualitative and quantitative research.
• Must be based in Canada or the United States.
