What you will do

• Support Axis-based solutions in a pre-sales capacity, managing research and site design.
• Act as a subject matter expert for design tasks and maintain AEC equipment/networks.
• Perform proof-of-concept work and lead virtual sales calls and partner trainings.
• Provide design training and best practices for the sales organization and channel partners.
• Analyze technical support cases to identify trends and engage the sales team.

Requirements

• Must be located in the Fort Lauderdale Area.
• 3+ years of industry experience in customer-facing roles (systems design, engineering, or project management).
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Networking, Computer Science, or Security Risk Management.
• Extensive experience in system design, including site surveys, camera placement, and bandwidth calculations.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, Routers, Switches, VPNs, and video transport protocols.
• Ability to work with heights (ladders, rooftops) and lift 20-40 lbs.
