What you will do

• Execute industry events based on specific objectives, target audiences, and desired goals.
• Negotiate and manage hotel, transport, and other program components to stay within budget.
• Establish and maintain systems, processes, and timelines from the initial planning stages.
• Manage on-site event delivery to ensure alihirify.globalment with company standards and customer expectations.
• Maintain and manage necessary equipment and supplies for all events.

Requirements

• Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, and oversee execution with high attention to detail.
• Experience collaborating with various departments and organizational stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Asana, Salesforce, and Word.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and roll equipment cases and supply boxes.
• Must be based in or able to work in Shakopee, MN for hybrid office attendance.
