Compensation: $90/hr W-2 Hourly or $100/hr on C2C

What you will do

• Assess current Medicaid Expansion solutions and execute migration to government-compliant MMIS or modern payer platforms.
• Translate business requirements from SMEs into technical specifications, integration plans, and compliance frameworks.
• Develop and support scalable rollout plans for affiliated plans to expand government business lines.
• Own the full project lifecycle, including roadmap, risk management, budgeting, and executive reporting using Agile/hybrid delivery.
• Evaluate third-party solutions, cloud migration options, and interoperability standards.
• Ensure all solutions adhere to federal/state Medicaid requirements, CMS guidelines, and security standards.

Requirements

• 7+ years of project/program management in healthcare payer operations.
• Expertise in technical platform implementations, migrations, and modernizations.
• Deep knowledge of health plan core systems (claims, enrollment, provider networks) and government platforms.
• Strong understanding of Medicaid regulations, CMS guidelines, and HIPAA compliance.
• PMP, Agile/Scrum certification, or equivalent.
• Authorization to work legally in the US without sponsorship, now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Experience with Blue Cross Blue Shield plans or multi-state health plan environments.
• Background in Medicaid Expansion or state-based managed care programs.
