Salary: Base $110,000 - $125,000; OTE $160,000 - $180,000

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of 25-35 VIP accounts in North America, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop strong networks with key decision-makers, from C-level and VPs to end-users.
  • Handle contract renegotiations and mitigate churn risks.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers to integrate hirify.global into the customer's software stack and maximize value.
  • Drive and improve the segment strategy for the North American market.
  • Gather product feedback to help shape and define the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of expertise in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Previous experience in the telecom industry or managing Enterprise SaaS solutions.
  • Outstanding written and verbal English communication; Spanish proficiency strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding account growth targets and KPIs.
  • Experience using Salesforce, CRMs, and Google Suite.
  • Must be based in the New York office.
