What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and testing of advanced electrical systems for UAS platforms.
• Develop and debug complex microcontroller systems, circuits, and power supply designs.
• Oversee and optimize wire harness production and documentation utilizing Altium.
• Collaborate with mechanical and software engineers to ensure seamless electrical system integration.
• Lead electrical system integration and testing during UAS flight tests.
• Train and mentor junior engineers to foster a collaborative and innovative environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 5 years in UAS or aerospace systems.
• Expertise in Altium and advanced knowledge of analog/digital circuits and CAN bus communication.
• Proven leadership and project management skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and complete E-Verify verification.

Nice to have

• Experience in production environments and avionics systems.
• Proven track record of leading successful UAS-related electrical projects.
