What you will do

• Design and deliver production system training programs for multisite manufacturing operations.
• Conduct operational assessments to identify improvement opportunities across sites.

• Facilitate and actively engage in Communities of Practice to promote knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in multisite manufacturing leadership in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven track record in production system deployment using Lean, TPM, or similar methodologies.
• Strong background in manufacturing transformation design and implementation.
• English: Fluent (C1) required.
• Excellent change management and leadership skills.
• Location: Must be based in Basel, Switzerland.
