TL;DR
CI Manager (Lean Six Sigma): Leading the continuous improvement roadmap for a manufacturing site with an accent on Lean methodologies, operational excellence, and capability development. Focus on coaching project teams, deploying SMED, VSM, TPM, and Six Sigma practices, and improving performance, waste reduction, and asset utilization.
Location: Onsite at the Makó site, Hungary

What you will do
- Lead and coordinate the factory continuous improvement roadmap in alignment with site and business strategy.
- Translate strategic plans into improvement priorities, timelines, governance, and performance management systems.
- Develop continuous improvement capabilities through training, coaching, mentoring, and certification programs.
- Drive Lean and operational excellence practices, including SMED, VSM, TPM, and Six Sigma, to reduce waste and non-value-added activities.
- Coach project teams in problem-solving and root-cause analysis, and lead complex improvement workshops.
- Oversee improvement project pipelines, support process owners with standards and compliance, and improve end-to-end process efficiency and asset utilization.
Requirements
- University degree in food science, chemical science, science, or engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of related experience leading projects and people.
- Fluency in English and Hungarian at negotiation level.
- Strong knowledge of Lean methodology and proven experience leading improvement projects, training, coaching, and assessments.
- LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent required; Black Belt certification or equivalent is advantageous.
- Project management, change management, stakeholder management, advising, training, and coaching skills, with willingness to travel.

- Experience in the food industry.
- LEAN Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent.
