CI Manager (Lean)

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate the factory's CI roadmap in alignment with business strategy.
• Develop and promote CI capabilities through training, coaching, and mentoring programs.
• Drive the implementation of Lean best practices, including SMED, VSM, TPM, and Six Sigma.
• Facilitate the design and deployment of site strategies and performance management systems.
• Coach project teams on problem-solving and root-cause analysis.
• Ensure all CI activities comply with food safety, quality, and health and safety standards.

Requirements

• University degree in food, chemical science, or engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading projects and people.
• Fluency in English and Hungarian at a negotiation level.
• LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge of Lean methodology and proven results in project management.
• Willingness to travel as required by the role.

Nice to have

• Experience within the food industry.
• Black Belt certification or equivalent.
