What you will do

• Support and promote CI initiatives to ensure alignment with factory goals.
• Teach and apply core methodologies including SMED, VSM, TPM, and SixSigma.
• Coach project teams and lead complex workshops using root cause analysis.
• Facilitate strategy design and support CI strategy deployment.
• Develop and maintain work standards such as SOPs and OPLs.
• Partner with process owners to optimize value streams and asset efficiencies.

Requirements

• University degree in food, chemical, science, or engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading improvement projects.
• Fluency in English and Hungarian at a negotiation level.
• LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Lean methodology and change management.
• Willingness to travel as required.
