Location: Wayne, Pennsylvania, United States. Office attendance required 4-5 days per week.

What you will do

• Partner with External Wholesalers to identify new opportunities and generate leads within the assigned territory.
• Educate financial professionals on product value propositions and competitive positioning, tailoring conversations to client needs.
• Manage daily activity and track performance metrics using Salesforce CRM to support data-driven territory planning.
• Support sales initiatives through conferences, targeted outreach, and the creation of customized hypothetical illustrations.
• Serve as a primary, knowledgeable liaison between the company and financial professionals to ensure a high-quality advisor experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1+ years of sales experience, preferably within financial services.
• PA Life, Accident & Health license and Series 63 required.
• Series 7 preferred, or willingness to obtain it within 90 days if holding a Series 6.
• Ability to obtain Long Term Care Certification within eight weeks of employment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and a competitive work ethic.
