What you will do

• Implement strategic territory plans to address the needs of a diverse client base and increase wallet share.
• Lead consultative calls, webinars, and meetings with financial advisors to position products and communicate firm updates.
• Apply portfolio analytical tools to identify and recommend investment solutions that optimize client portfolios.
• Create personalized digital communications, including thought leadership and capital market insights.
• Document all client interactions in the CRM system to ensure data integrity and deepen relationship expertise.
• Coordinate with specialist teams to facilitate client engagements across the segmented client base.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of consultative selling experience in financial services.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63/65 or 66 licenses required (or ability to acquire within firm-defined timeframe).
• College degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, mutual funds, ETFs, and economic factors.
• Excellent listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Growth mindset with a business-owner mentality.
