What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a multi-project team of game data developers, aligning them with strategic goals and growth objectives.
• Plan, prioritize, and execute data development initiatives to balance team capacity with production needs.
• Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality, reliable data infrastructure and pipelines.
• Collaborate with leads, directors, and cross-functional partners including project managers, producers, and programmers.
• Drive the evolution of data development standards and processes across the Data & Research group.
• Contribute to scalable solutions that support GaaS (Game as a Service) production and live operations.

Requirements

• 9 to 12 years of experience in data.
• Proven experience leading and managing data teams.
• Deep understanding of data quality and its impact on business outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for conveying technical and creative ideas.
• Strong ability to prioritize, plan, and organize work to meet deadlines.
• Solid understanding of video game production processes.
