TL;DR
IT Technician II (Systems Support): Resolving hardware and software problems, application installations, and technology deployment within a service desk ticket system with an accent on Windows Server technologies and Active Directory. Focus on troubleshooting complex system issues, managing endpoint security, and ensuring system reliability for defense and security operations.
Location: Arlington, TX (Onsite). Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible for DoD Personal Security Clearance

What you will do
- Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems, software, and hardware at the desktop level.
- Troubleshoot computer systems, e-mail, network, and peripheral equipment.
- Manage Windows Server technologies, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Support MFA platforms (NetIQ, ADFS, Duo, SAML) and Microsoft Office 365.
- Handle endpoint management and reporting using Enterprise Antivirus technologies.
- Maintain inventory and collaborate with higher-level IT teams to resolve end-user issues.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship is mandatory due to government contract requirements.
- Must be eligible for DoD Personal Security Clearance.
- Extensive experience with Windows 11, Microsoft Office 365, and Active Directory.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP networking and related services (DNS, SMTP, DHCP).
- 5-8+ years of experience (or degree with 2-5+ years).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including 24/7 on-call rotations, and lift up to 50 lbs.
