Salary: $150,000 - $170,000

What you will do

• Serve as the primary relationship lead for a defined portfolio of clients to ensure continuity.
• Identify, qualify, and advance financing and refinancing opportunities across assigned accounts.
• Drive account expansion through cross-selling and leading the adoption of the WDSuite platform.
• Translate client feedback into actionable insights for the Product team.
• Partner with Producers and internal stakeholders to align on account strategies and engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in account management or customer success in a revenue-driven environment.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Demonstrated success driving revenue growth through repeat business and account expansion.
• Experience with CRM and engagement platforms such as Salesforce, Gainsight, or Power BI.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in commercial real estate, financial services, or capital markets.
• Experience working within organizations using shared client ownership models.
