Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Must be able to work a hybrid schedule (3 days a week) in the Toronto office.

What you will do
- Serve as the senior strategic partner for key client relationships, building trust at the executive level.
- Drive revenue expansion, retention, and overall account health through proactive opportunity identification.
- Oversee the development of integrated marketing strategies across digital, content, media, and demand generation.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing client services team, fostering a culture of accountability.
- Manage account operations, including forecasting, resourcing, and P&L profitability.
- Lead new business pitches and contribute to the agency's overall market positioning and thought leadership.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B marketing, with agency or client services leadership.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule (3 days a week) in the Toronto office.
- Proven track record of managing and growing large, complex client accounts.
- Strong commercial acumen with direct experience managing P&L and driving revenue.
- Deep understanding of integrated marketing, including demand generation and digital content.
- Exceptional leadership skills and executive presence.
