What you will do

  • Research and analyze target Enterprise accounts in the LATAM territory and enrich account lists.
  • Establish first contact with stakeholders, including C-level executives, to discover client challenges.
  • Qualify inbound leads using the CHAMP methodology and apply value-selling techniques.
  • Develop and execute outbound campaigns leveraging email, social selling, calling, and account-based marketing.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Partners, and Sales to generate and nurture qualified opportunities.
  • Provide data-driven forecasts and accurate reporting on lead conversion to management.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of proven Sales Development Representative experience in Latin America.
  • Fluent English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience selling enterprise technology (Fintech experience is a plus).
  • Must be based in São Paulo, Brazil.
  • Analytical, data-driven, and target-focused mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Outreach, Salesforce, and ZoomInfo.
