What you will do

• Own customer renewals and product expansion to ensure maximum platform value.
• Support C-level stakeholders in translating their business vision into actionable roadmaps.
• Proactively identify and mitigate customer risks through tailored success plans.
• Promote full license utilization and identify growth opportunities in collaboration with the sales team.
• Foster strategic networks between customers, partners, and the company to align strategic direction.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration or a related field with professional experience.
• Experience in B2B customer development, preferably within a SaaS environment.
• Proficiency with CRM/CSM tools such as Salesforce or Planhat.
• Fluent German (C1) and proficient English (B2).
• Legal right to work in Germany.
