Salary: from 4200 EUR/month plus commissions

What you will do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value agency partners to drive revenue and growth.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Partner Engagement Managers (PEMs) focusing on outcomes.
  • Implement AI into partner workflows, team processes, and internal operations to improve efficiency.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to agencies on growth, retention, and monetization.
  • Establish and improve partner engagement playbooks and accountability metrics.
  • Translate partner feedback into actionable insights for product and GTM teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in partner management, business development, or agency-facing roles in SaaS or eCommerce.
  • 1+ years of experience in team leadership.
  • AI fluency: must demonstrate practical experience using AI to build, improve, or scale workflows and business results.
  • Proven track record of driving partner-sourced revenue or ecosystem growth.
  • Strong understanding of the eCommerce and digital marketing ecosystem.
  • Highly analytical mindset with a default to action and ownership.
