What you will do

• Translate customer feedback into actionable product insights and help shape new features.
• Collaborate with Co-Founders and Head of Account Management on ad hoc initiatives, including trade shows and competitor benchmarking.
• Assist with drafting product specifications and feature requests based on real customer use cases.
• Configure customer accounts and act as the primary technical contact for UK customers via chat, WhatsApp, and email.
• Join customer calls to provide product expertise and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Provide administrative support by maintaining customer records and tracking engagement metrics.

Requirements

• Final year student at a top engineering or business school, or currently taking a gap year.
• C2 English proficiency is required.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site (5 days/week) in Berlin or Augsburg.
• Availability for at least a 5-month internship, ideally starting in May.
• Structured, proactive approach with a strong interest in customer success and sales.
