What you will do

• Define and execute a global partner and consultant enablement strategy aligned with commercial and GTM priorities.
• Design global education programs, including learning paths, certifications, and reward frameworks.
• Coordinate with regional Sales and Marketing teams to drive partner adoption and program usage.
• Oversee the syndication of enablement content across partner websites and digital channels.
• Act as the central coordination point between Marketing, Sales, L&D, IT, and Portfolio teams.
• Capture partner insights and feedback to influence global strategy and tool development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enablement, commercial excellence, or go-to-market roles.
• Proven experience in global B2B enterprise or industrial technology environments.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep understanding of partner-led and channel-based GTM ecosystems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• English: Professional proficiency (minimum C1 level) required.
