What you will do
- Build and evolve the Marketing operating model, including roles, responsibilities, and handoffs across teams.
- Translate strategic priorities into structured plans, roadmaps, deliverables, and transparent execution tracking.
- Orchestrate cross-functional Marketing squads by setting objectives, timelines, accountability, and managing risks and dependencies.
- Improve operational effectiveness by removing bottlenecks and creating scalable processes for predictable delivery.
- Lead Marketing enablement: run the enablement training program, create playbooks/templates/frameworks, and establish feedback loops.
- Support leadership with structured planning and insight while fostering a culture of accountability and delivery discipline.
Requirements
- Proven experience in professional Marketing roles and strong understanding of end-to-end go-to-market processes.
- Proven project management and program planning experience, with ability to structure ambiguous environments.
- Experience working in large, complex matrix organizations and leading through influence and coordination.
- Strong business operations background, including building operating models, governance, and delivery frameworks.
- Experience managing stakeholders at senior levels and influencing peers effectively.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams; flexible working across time zones.
