Location: Must be located in Mexico or El Salvador
Salary: $1,500 – $1,900 monthly + variables

What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing for assigned LATAM and US markets.
- Generate new business through multi-channel outbound prospecting targeting high-potential marketing agencies and SaaS companies.
- Qualify and convert inbound prospects into demos and active trials through professional follow-ups.
- Deliver consultative demos tailored to specific prospect pain points to guide them toward conversion.
- Maintain accurate CRM records in HubSpot or Salesforce and monitor performance metrics.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Support, and Product teams to refine messaging and streamline the customer journey.
Requirements
- Must be located in Mexico or El Salvador.
- 3+ years of experience in sales or business development (inbound and outbound), preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Fluent (written and verbal) English and Spanish.
- Advanced experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Proven track record of generating business through cold prospecting.
- Deep understanding of the LATAM and US markets.
Nice to have
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Familiarity with social media tools, digital agencies, or SaaS business models.
- Experience using AI assistants or automation platforms to improve productivity.
