What you will do

  • Design and execute partner marketing acquisition strategies to support regional business and revenue objectives.
  • Build and deliver end-to-end co-marketing plans including events, webinars, content, and joint campaigns.
  • Lead partner Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives across UK&I, NL, and Nordics, aligning with regional sales goals.
  • Create and deliver compelling marketing materials, playbooks, and ongoing support to enable partner success.
  • Analyze campaign performance and use data-driven insights to uncover new growth opportunities.
  • Track and report impact through key metrics such as leads, conversions, pipeline, and revenue.

Requirements

  • Expert proficiency in English.
  • Experience in B2B Digital Marketing, preferably within the SaaS or tech sector.
  • Proven experience with partner or co-marketing initiatives, focusing on demand generation and GTM.
  • Strong understanding of how marketing directly supports sales and revenue growth.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams (Sales, Partnerships, Marketing) and external partners.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and iterate based on results.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in additional regional languages relevant to UK&I, NL, or Nordics.
