What you will do

  • Execute the go-to-market strategy for Madrid to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Lead complex, consultative B2B sales cycles for Mid-Market and Enterprise segments across retail, finance, telco, and healthcare.
  • Build and scale a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and establishing performance frameworks and playbooks.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineering and Marketing to create ROI-driven value propositions and use cases.
  • Represent the company at industry events and develop strategic partnerships and technology alliances.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, track performance metrics, and deliver accurate forecasts using CRM tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, focusing on Mid-Market and Enterprise segments.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets and closing complex, high-value deals.
  • Experience selling digital solutions such as CRM, automation platforms, or conversational AI technologies.
  • Strong understanding of the conversational AI ecosystem (e.g., WhatsApp Business API, omnichannel platforms).
  • English: Upper-intermediate to advanced proficiency required for negotiations and presentations.
