What you will do
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, delivery times, and sample requests via phone and email.
- Coordinate pricing promotions and special discounts with account managers to increase end-of-period booking and billing.
- Promote new product introductions and provide basic training to key accounts and channels.
- Provide fact-based input to Business Units to define customer requirements and vertical market solution propositions.
- Process special quotations and identify opportunities for improving sales practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or professional experience in a customer-facing role within an industrial environment.
- Fluency in French and English is a must.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and pragmatic approach.
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or SAP is advantageous.
