What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, assessment, and offer negotiation.
• Develop and execute strategic staffing plans and talent pipelines to meet current and future needs.
• Partner with senior leaders to provide competitive intelligence and ensure headcount alignment.
• Leverage AI tools, Boolean search, and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Implement marketing strategies aligned with the employer value proposition to attract diverse talent.
• Contribute to the optimization of talent acquisition processes and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-life cycle corporate recruiting experience.
• Must have valid US Work Authorization (no sponsorship available now or in the future).
• Proficiency in advanced sourcing techniques, including AI tools and market research.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with a preference for Workday.
• Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information.
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to substantiate decisions with data.
