What you will do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of customers, delivering exemplary service for complex banking and lending needs.
  • Identify opportunities to align customer requirements with available products and support the adoption of digital offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local external partners and professional introducers to drive sustainable growth.
  • Collaborate with business partners and risk teams to ensure effective day-to-day portfolio management.
  • Optimize team efficiency by challenging existing processes and introducing new ways of working.
  • Coach colleagues and develop personal capabilities through continuous training.

Requirements

  • Legal right to work and reside in Jersey (distinct from UK right to work).
  • 3-5 years of relevant relationship management experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and networking skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver customer-focused service and build professional networks.
  • Growth mindset with a drive to expand and nurture a customer portfolio.
