What you will do

• Deliver exceptional client experiences to build, expand, and retain long-term retail banking relationships.
• Consult with clients to assess financial needs and recommend appropriate bank products and services.
• Open a full range of retail products, including loans, for new and existing clients.
• Educate clients on digital banking tools, including online banking, Bill Pay, and mobile deposits.
• Perform various teller transactions, such as cashing checks and processing account withdrawals.
• Ensure full compliance with internal control, audit, security, and regulatory policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in sales or customer service.
• Working knowledge of consumer financial products and retail banking operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional etiquette.
• Strong basic math skills for accurate account reconciliation.
• Proficiency in PC applications, specifically word processing and spreadsheets.
