What you will do

• Generate accurate and competitive quotes for Channel Partners and sales teams.
• Manage incoming quote requests and execute post-sale administration and order routing forms.
• Create and send Private Offer/Selling Authorization contracts via AWS Marketplace Portal.
• Collaborate with Order Management and Business Development teams to ensure quotes align with policies.
• Log and monitor daily Quoting and Deal Routing statistics.
• Support Global quoting teams through cross-training and collaboration.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience and education.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word and Excel).
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Must be based in Cape Town, South Africa.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
