Location: Arlington, VA (onsite)

What you will do

  • Partner with leaders and employees to develop talent strategies that support product growth and innovation.
  • Drive continuous development and a culture of feedback to grow top talent and future leaders.
  • Collaborate with Recruiting to attract high-quality talent to the organization.
  • Proactively mitigate organizational risk by addressing employee relations matters in a timely manner.
  • Serve as a champion for change and continuous improvement to identify operational efficiencies.
  • Manage performance management programs and link pay to performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in an HRBP, generalist, or labor relations role.
  • Must be located in or able to work onsite in Arlington, VA.
  • Strong understanding and application of employment and labor laws.
  • Demonstrated experience in employee relations and organizational change management.
  • Proficiency in Workday and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Nice to have

  • PHR or SPHR designation.
  • Experience supporting Sales, Product, or Content teams.
