What you will do

• Lead client-facing delivery, including discovery interviews, compliance assessments, and font asset audits.
• Manage the financial health of account portfolios, including margins, scope changes, and revenue forecasts.
• Co-lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and coordinate executive engagement.
• Oversee delivery across multiple customers and concurrent workstreams to ensure internal SLA compliance.
• Collaborate with Sales on pre-sale discovery, scoping, and the development of Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Cultivate ongoing client relationships to identify expansion opportunities and support renewal strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in client delivery, preferably within a professional services environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience.
• Expertise in client relationship management, including leading QBRs and handling escalations.
• Experience coordinating multi-workstream delivery to ensure on-time execution.
• Excellent presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders.
