Salary: £72,000 – £108,000 base + uncapped commission

What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle for Enterprise clients, targeting AmLaw 150 firms and corporate legal departments.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior partners, general counsel, and C-level executives.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations focusing on the value of the hirify.global Operate platform.
  • Collaborate with the Solutions team to create customized proposals aligned with client business objectives.
  • Lead contract negotiations to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting data within Hubspot.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas in B2B SaaS sales, preferably within the legaltech industry.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-threaded enterprise deals with high-level stakeholders.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to translate product features into business impact.
  • High proficiency with CRM tools (Hubspot) and sales metrics.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for client meetings across Europe.
  • Must be based in the United Kingdom.
