Salary: £72,000 – £108,000 base + uncapped commission

What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle for Enterprise clients, targeting AmLaw 150 firms and corporate legal departments.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior partners, general counsel, and C-level executives.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations focusing on the value of the Operate platform.
- Collaborate with the Solutions team to create customized proposals aligned with client business objectives.
- Lead contract negotiations to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting data within Hubspot.
Requirements
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas in B2B SaaS sales, preferably within the legaltech industry.
- Experience managing complex, multi-threaded enterprise deals with high-level stakeholders.
- Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to translate product features into business impact.
- High proficiency with CRM tools (Hubspot) and sales metrics.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for client meetings across Europe.
- Must be based in the United Kingdom.
