What you will do

• Define and drive the architectural evolution towards an AI-native platform.
• Embed AI and agentic systems into core product workflows and decision-making processes.
• Design and scale LLM usage and AI/ML infrastructure reliably and cost-effectively.
• Lead architectural alignment via the Architecture Guild and partner with senior Product, Data, and Engineering leaders.
• Conduct hands-on experimentation to validate new technical approaches.
• Ensure high standards across system reliability, security, and scalability.

Requirements

• Experience at the Staff, Principal, or Architect level in a SaaS or engineering-heavy environment.
• Proven track record of delivering real impact through AI-native execution and deploying AI agents in production.
• Strong expertise in distributed systems and cloud-native architecture.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-team technical alignment.
• English: Fluent communication skills required.
