What you will do

• Design and develop dashboards and analyses using Tableau.
• Define semantic models, metrics, and reusable analytical views.
• Collaborate with data engineers on data preparation and integration.
• Support clients in the adoption of Tableau-based analytics solutions.
• Apply best practices in data visualization and analytics design to support decision-making in regulated environments.

Requirements

• Strong experience in BI and analytics roles.
• Proven experience with Tableau for dashboards and analytics.
• Professional working proficiency in English and Dutch is required.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Must be based in Belgium (Hybrid setup).

Nice to have

• Experience with Tableau Server or Tableau Cloud.
• Experience in a consulting or client-facing environment.
• Knowledge of data governance or metric standardization.
• Knowledge of French.
