What you will do

• Define and execute the data and BI strategy, governance, and roadmap.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of data and BI professionals.
• Modernize the data stack and ensure data quality and AI readiness.
• Deliver scalable, business-oriented BI solutions to support Finance, HR, and Retail.
• Guide architecture decisions and establish data standards.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to position data as a strategic asset.

Requirements

• Professional proficiency in both English and French (mandatory).
• Must be based in or able to work from Liège, Belgium.
• Proven experience transforming and structuring underperforming data environments.
• Strong BI expertise with mandatory Power BI proficiency.
• Solid understanding of data engineering, warehousing, pipelines, and AWS.
• Familiarity with modern data stacks (Medallion architecture, data mesh, dbt).
• Experience in data-intensive, regulated industries.

Nice to have

• Experience in the gaming industry.
• Awareness of AI/LLM data requirements (RAG, vector-ready formats).
