What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of BI projects, from data modeling to deployment.
  • Design and maintain scalable, performant Power BI solutions and reporting environments.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to define technical requirements.
  • Coach and support colleagues in best practices for modeling, DAX, and visualization.
  • Contribute to the development of internal methodologies, reusable assets, and standards.
  • Manage Power BI Service governance, including workspace management and Row-Level Security.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of BI experience, including 3+ years of hands-on Power BI expertise.
  • Proficiency in English and Dutch and/or French.
  • Strong experience with external tools like Tabular Editor and DAX Studio.
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear KPIs and reporting logic.
  • Experience with Power BI Service, including deployment and dataset governance.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Flanders/Brussels, Belgium.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Azure, Databricks, Power Automate, or Power Apps.
  • Portfolio or dashboard examples provided with the application.
