What you will do

• Collect and transform data from diverse sources to build sustainable data models.
• Develop user-friendly Power BI dashboards and optimize datasets for reporting.
• Translate business needs into clear KPIs, reporting logic, and visual insights.
• Apply best practices in modeling, DAX, visualization, and deployment.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and architects to improve reporting quality.
• Manage workspace environments, dataset publishing, and Row-Level Security (RLS).

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of demonstrable experience with Power BI.
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Power Query (M).
• Ability to develop complex DAX measures and design star schema data models.
• Proficiency in English and either Dutch or French is required.
• Experience with Power BI Service, including workspace management and RLS.
• Strong communication skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience with external tools like Tabular Editor and DAX Studio.
• Knowledge of Python.
• Exposure to Azure Databricks or modern Azure data platforms.
